Sobriety Enhancement Research



Participants were individuals who struggled maintaining their sobriety and felt miserable and unhappy much of the time. These individuals chose to participate in the 12 free sessions with Jim Holder's . They were participants in an official study looking into the effectiveness of the "Positive Approcach to Addiction Therapy". The study had IRB approval from Francis Marion University. The name of the study and the workbook being used is "Sobriety Enhancement".





Update 1-18-17 The research is now being assesed at FMU. The research took new clients until March 15, 2016 and is now closed to new participants. To have been in the research a person needed from at least 30 days of abstinence up to 2 years abstinence. Sobriety and a joyful healthy life was the goal of the therapy.The participants have finished their 12 sessions.
